SALT's restaurant manager, Thomas Burgby carefully selects the about 400 wines on SALT's wine list, which is regularly changed in step with the restaurant menus, so that food and wine always match.

To ensure that all guests come away with a holistic experience, the SALT restaurant ensures that waiters know which wines best complement the food. SALT's waiters taste the wine before pouring it to ensure that it meets the quality standard.
